If I had Monopoly money to spend on real estate in sketchy parts of the city, I would giddily throw it down to acquire this singular pair of buildings near 18th & Vine. They face each other across a busy street, joined in the complicity of their disuse, waiting for an imaginative investor to see their endless possibilities.

Strawberry Hill Museum: Ghosts & Garlands.

Sufferin' Succotash.
Trendy places are a mixed bag. On one hand, you get the thrill of peerage with an in crowd. On the other hand, you endure overrated, overpriced, and jam-packed conditions.
